Seit bald sechs Jahren bin ich Espressotrinker und habe mir damals im Espressoladen Stuttgart (Empfehlung!) eine Quickmill 3035 Pegaso gekauft. Für die Maschine spricht
- der für Siebträgermaschinen moderate Preis (seit 2015 unverändert ca. 800 Euro online bzw. 900 Euro im Geschäft) ,
- die kompakte Bauform mit eingebauter Mühle und
- die schnelle Aufheizzeit durch den
- seit Jahrzehnten bewährten, pflegeleichten Quickmill-Thermoblock.
Natürlich gibt es gegenüber größeren und/oder teureren Geräten auch Schwächen. Zwei davon habe ich vor anderthalb Jahren mit kleinen Veränderungen etwas abgeschwächt. Und weil heute die „erste Inspektion“ anstand, kann ich sie endlich einmal dokumentieren:
